In the past farmers have always known where best to have their cows graze on the  Island of Goeree-Overflakkee. Along dikes, over salt-marshes, mud flats and shoals is where the ‘cow’s herder’ used to lead his cows. This is where you will still find our Jersey Farm cows.
This natural environment, unique in its kind, brings about a typical organic milk that cannot be found anywhere else. It is with this milk that we make our Jersey Cheeses on a socially responsible manner.

The Organic Dieken, Gorzen and Platenaar cheese.

The Jersey Cheeses is an organic cheese made from 100% Jersey milk with highest Skal certification. The milk from our Jersey cows has a different ratio of fat and protein and contains twice as many vitamins and minerals. Please try our different types of Jersey cheese for yourself.
